Cub Scout Family Camp
May 12-14, 2017
Ockanickon Scout Reservation

$50 per youth 
$40 per adult

camping is not required

Arrival Time - Friday, May 12th at 6:00pm or Saturday, May 13th 7:30am

Please park in the main parking lot and walk across the street. Check-in will be in front of the Welcome Center, across from the dining hall. All cars must be in the parking lot; no cars are permitted in camp. There will be people in the parking lot directing you how and where to park so we can fit everyone. If you are able to carpool with others in your pack, please do. 

Housing - Six youth males or six youth females per Adirondack. There is space if a family wants to bring their own tent. If you need a tent please indicate during registration. Campfires are permitted in campsite fire circles unless there are fire restrictions in place.

Food - we will provide dinner on Friday, 3 meals on Saturday, as well as breakfast on Sunday 

Program information - It is the responsibility of the Scout to get his card stamped/initialed when he completes an activity. The completed card should be turned in to his den leader to receive credit.

  • Hiking
  • Sports
  • and more!


Medical forms will be required – We will need Part A and B only (4 pages) please bring a copy to be checked. Forms must be maintained by the parents and/or leaders. Download a copy below.

What to bring -

since we will provide food and program, all you need is:


 Tent (if you don't have one we will provide one) 

 Sleeping bag and pillow 

 Pad for under sleeping bag 

 2 changes of clothes 

 Fishing gear (strongly recommended!) 

 Toothbrush/paste 

 Sturdy shoes 

 Rain gear 

 Flashlight 

 Water bottle 

 Hat 

*Please no sleeveless shirts or tank tops in our dining hall. Also, flip flops, open-toed shoes, slippers, or Crocs may not be worn when walking around camp. Sneakers are allowed, but boots are recommended.
